Pamela Gilmore, an experienced Deputy Director, Chief Mission Officer, and Licensed AMFT within the non-profit sector, brings extensive expertise in developing and implementing innovative emergency housing solutions for homeless individuals and families. Her notable achievements include the establishment of SIP Hotels, Navigation Centers, and residential step-down programs that have successfully transitioned countless families from homelessness to stable housing while providing essential substance use treatment services. In addition to her housing initiatives, Pamela has played a pivotal role in program development and oversight of reentry and in-custody programming, ensuring that individuals transitioning from incarceration receive the support they need to reintegrate successfully. She has also implemented youth wellness programs within local schools, creating and overseeing groundbreaking youth violence prevention and youth apprenticeship initiatives. Pamela's commitment to quality and innovation in mental health support has also led to the integration of clinical services within housing programs, significantly improving client outcomes.

Natasha Pulliam is an expert in affordable housing compliance and management, with extensive knowledge of funding solutions such as HUD, Tax Credits, CDBG, HOME and Section 202 programs. In addition, her design and oversight of community-driven wrap around supportive housing initiatives have empowered low-income families through permanent supportive housing programs for seniors, transitional housing programs for veterans, rapid rehousing for families in the child welfare system, youth literacy initiatives and apprenticeship programs. 

Additionally, Natasha advocates for innovation and utilization of evidence-based practices in housing solutions to strengthen the necessary community support and services such as the groundbreaking CalAIM initiative. She has served on the board of a local reentry network, facilitated workshops to educate employers about state bond and incentive programs to highlight the benefits and safety nets associated with hiring ex-offenders, created policies and procedures for the Enhanced Care Management Program (ECM) for local nonprofits. Her work in compliance, quality assurance and policy creation has ensured that local medical and substance use clinics effectively meet community health needs, as well as CARF, DEA, SAMSHA, and DHCS standards.
